Spring is in the air…And I am ready to cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients! When I was living with my sister and Logan three years ago, I found this recipe in her Real Simple. I have brought it to many get-togethers and it is always a nice surprise. For our Brunette family Easter celebration this year, I subbed the prosciutto for crispy bacon.
